Shrimp Farming in Bangladesh

Bangladesh, located on the largest delta of the world, is one of the most crowded countries in the world with its 140 million people and the highest population density per square kilometer. They are among the poorest also, living in this large delta where the rivers Ganges and the Prahmaputra meet. No hills or big rocks here, you only have flat plains formed by the river soil and mud on your feet that will never go away. The people struggling in this mud have almost no chance to see a mountain or an ocean, but they are aware that the ocean is crucial for their survival with its tidal waters moving upriver. They know salty waters bring shrimp larva....
